It is our pleasure to announce that April’s PowerSite of the Month has been awarded to Matt Moxhay in Moorestown, NJ for his site www.515Hartford.com.
Matt created a welcoming ambiance, giving visitors extensive information about the house and its community, and made it easy for potential buyers to contact him. Here’s how he did it:
Music
Visitors to 515Hartford.com are greeted by a soft instrumental tune. This is a new PowerSite feature we’ve recently added. With a selection of sixty melodies, you can find the right match for any property. And don’t worry, if a visitor doesn’t like it, he or she can just click the “pause” button to silence the music.
Photos
With 80 percent of people starting their home search on the Internet, we can’t stress enough how important photos are. Recognizing the importance of photos, Matt uploaded more than 30 images to show multiple angles from every room in this lovely custom-built Victorian home.
Custom Links
Matt used our custom links feature to paint a picture of the community. What other real estate listing includes information about the local flea market? Or a listing of local events? Matt knows that people shop for a lifestyle, not just a house. He also included a unique link to his own Website, featuring a “VIP Buyer” custom notification service.
PowerTalk
Did you know 78 percent of homebuyers use the first agent that contacts them? By subscribing to our new PowerTalk feature, Matt gives buyers every opportunity to choose him. PowerTalk is hot new technology that allows all interested visitors to simply click a link and instantly be connected with Matt. While conversing he can send the potential buyer up to 10 Web pages just by pushing numbers on his telephone key pad. Matt says, “PowerTalk makes my Website stand out technologically. It lends credibility in an environment where the buyer is becoming increasingly more tech savvy”
Matt’s PowerSite is a great example of Internet marketing. The combination of content and technology gives him a competitive advantage in any real estate market.
