Are You a Realtor Looking For Inspiration?

I have always seen Realtors as small business owners which by definition also makes them entrepreneurs. As a business owner myself I’ve shirked the title of ‘entrepreneur’ as I felt it was more applicable to the Richard Branson’s of this world. My opinion is changing. Wikipedia describes the role as:

‘A person who has possession of an enterprise, or venture, and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks and the outcome. It is an ambitious leader who combines land, labor, and capital to create and market new goods or services.’

I prefer an alternate definition given by business associate and friend Frank De Raffele; “An entrepreneur is someone who will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
