It’s rare that I am left speechless but the following real estate marketing video has done exactly that. The weekly video features Florida based ‘E’ who describes herself as “a licensed mortgage broker” with “countless years in real estate field”.
She adds “[I] am here to educate, inform and hopefully entertain.”
I’m sure that the average viewing time is longer for men than women but more importantly is it effective? It seems this is new but is it ‘good’ marketing? Please tell me, I’m lost for words, I think I’m going to watch it one more time…

Actually, a very clever video… even without the above mentioned “extra’s”. She comes close to, but doesn’t cross over the ‘taste’ line. Definitely not as bad as some t.v. commercials for ladies undergarments, or even some hamburger chains (the one with the rich blond). She DOES provide useful info (Florida home prices & smells).
In a small southern town like I live in, it would cause problems, but in southern Florida…. heck, just go to the beaches or drive down the street…
Yes, this is a “Business” and reflects on OUR business, but no worse than some of those Reality Shows with Realtors® breaking just about every rule they can get away with! In HER market, fine!
A National ad for all Realtors®, definitely NO.
Not as bad as I expected and yes, I did watch the whole video. She’s a very pretty gal, who uses her attributes to provide some good information. In my opinion, I probably wouldn’t be her next client (or my husband), but she’s not the NAR spokesperson either. I hope this type of marketing brings her business …
She is adorable; I hope she sells lots of homes in return for her audacity and nerve.
I don’t think I’d use her as an agent, but I have to admit the videos are pretty damn entertaining and informative. Kudos to her for trying a different path…
It’s hot, It’s edgy, and it’s entertaining. Kudos to her for stepping outside of the box and doing something different. BTW, it’s a great production and I’m sure a lot of work.
Bravo
Its outrageous, disgusting, makes a mockery – please find more
I guess if you don’t have credentials or a track record you have to use creativity and humor. She does do that. Certainly a bit over the top! Ok, a LOT over the top. LOL I’m sure she will catch some clients, every creative approach catches some. (mostly young folks probably who think it is funny, and like the web use and the video humor approach) Then, hopefully, if she doesn’t screw up on those transactions, she can use real credibility in future advertising… LOL
Haha, well done not-quite-trashy video. Gotta give the girl credit for using her ease in front of the camera to get her message out.
I love it. Thrashes the “professionalism” standard that no one cares about anyway and portrays her as who she is. Brilliant.
