The World’s Strangest Apartments – No. 4

Many interior designers have a signature style. In this apartment (located opposite the Eiffel Tower), French designer, Jean-Paul Gaultier, decided to use his signature nautical stripes not only on the walls but on the furniture and floors as well.

In the following photos and video you can see what he did with a 250-square-meter dwelling which is on display at the Architecture Museum. Gaultier first worked for Pierre Cardin, and after also working in the Philllippines, he returned to France and eventually set up his own label, exploding on to the scene in the 1980s.
