No, no, no! The paint is for the house, remember? Lighten up on the colors is my suggestion…
Oh goodness – someone just used the ‘paint bucket’ in their photo editing software – this can actually be done nicely in Photoshop but you have to configure the transparency, etc. so the blades of grass show through and it looks really good – not like this one where the grass looks like paint!
Personally I think the listing agent should have laid new sod!
