PowerSites 5.0, available to the public from Sunday, April 5th, is the latest version of our popular software and provides significantly more marketing power and value at no additional cost! We will be offering an online Webinar in mid-April to demonstrate all of the new features and will announce the details as soon as they are available.

- Enhanced Sign Riders – Out go the white corrugated plastic sign riders and in come a tougher, more durable 100 point polyethylene plastic sign with precut holes. Better suited for all types of weather these more professional looking signs add to the overall presentation of not only the home but also the agent marketing it.
- Improved Sign Rider Shipping Options – To ensure our clients receive their sign riders as quickly as possible we have changed our shipping method. The reduced shipping time comes at no extra cost.
- SMS Texting Service – With some companies charging as much as $25 per listing per month AgencyLogic is pleased to announce unlimited SMS texting service free with each and every sign rider! Incoming leads are circulated in real time to the listing agent’s mobile phone as well as via the AgencyLogic “Activity Center”. Not only is this a huge competitive edge but it also serves as a significant benefit to potential buyers who receive property and agent information directly on their mobile phone. Did we mention it was free?
- PowerSites to Go! – This new feature allows an agent to download their single property Website for use as an offline tool at a listing presentation, as an archive of prior listings or to copy to CD so it can be used as a closing gift!
- Client customizable custom designs – We have created many custom designs for our single property Website clients as agents look for aesthetic synergy with their online marketing. Now they can create PowerSite custom designs in minutes without the need for a professional Website designer using our new, easy to use design tool. No programming ability is needed to create a sharp and professional looking single property Website providing unlimited design options.
- Zillow API Integration – Choose from a myriad of data to truly make a PowerSite the single richest source of information about one home available online. Select one, two or all of the Zillow reports!
- Full screen slide show – A picture tells a thousand words and with our new full screen slide show every home will be seen at its best.
- Feedback mechanism – Wouldn’t we all like to know what buyers really think? Now you can with a new feedback feature. Interested buyers can provide their thoughts (anonymously if so inclined) via each PowerSite providing the agent with specific and valuable information. Used after an open house or showing the information, when provided to the seller, provides useful and usable feedback during the marketing of a home.
- Homes.com Syndication – Single property Websites have always been a great listing tool but their ability to help an agent market a home is one of their biggest advantages. Part of that is syndication to the major real estate search engines and we are pleased to announce that Homes.com is now an additional syndication partner. The partnership exposes PowerSite listings to over four million monthly Homes.com visitors.
- Adding Syndication to the build process – With syndication being such an important part of marketing a home we have now added this important step to the initial process of creating a PowerSite.
- HomeGain – We have partnered with HomeGain and have added their valuation tool.
And there’s more, lots more, to come with new features and enhancements already under development. They include:
- Syndication to the social networks using social bookmarks.
- ‘Cloud’ based data storage allowing for unlimited file size upload – This will significantly improve the full screen slide slow image quality allowing for high definition photos.
- Increased support hours – In order to provide a higher level of support for our West coast clients we will be expanding support hours from 9am-5pm EST/6am-2pm PST to 9am-8pm EST/6am-5pm PST.
- Language Translation – We will be adding the Microsoft® Translator product to allow you to convert the text conversion of your AgencyLogic PowerSites into multiple languages.
- Voice over – Last but not least we are working on a voice over feature that will allow you to add an audio message to each single property Website.
