Twitter continues to create confusion, something I expect to continue for the foreseeable future. “What is twitter?” is the one question I’m asked most and post an explanation people still look confused. Either I’m doing a really bad job of explaining the service or it really isn’t something the general population ‘gets’.
If you think it’s for the young think again. Teenagers certainly aren’t as interested as other portions of the population according to some recent reports which doesn’t bode well but the steam roller of twitter coverage by the mainstream media continues to suggest if you aren’t on twitter then you are in the minority. Let me make something clear; that isn’t true. The majority of people still don’t use twitter and may never use it. If the latter observation becomes fact twitter has problems. Many are watching with interest.
In the interim this video is valuable for continuing to explain the phenomenon with real world examples of people using twitter.

So if an agent tweets in the b-sphere and no clients are there to hear does it make an impact? Or is the agent then a twit?!
