So says twitter 101, a new Website released this week by twitter. The Website contains lots of case studies detailing how businesses, including Dell, JetBlue and Pepsi have used twitter to solve a myriad of problems.
We’ve covered twitter several times with posts that include video’s, eBooks and just plain stupidity but this information is straight from the horses mouth.
It has sections on: “What is Twitter“, “Getting Started“, “Learn the Lingo” and “Best Practices”
