MABA members practice single agency or buyer agency and always act as fiduciary agents for their buyer clients. MABA maintains a database of members and provides home buyer counseling and profiles on association members throughout the area. MABA members actively participate in trade association committees and have been instrumental in creating forums for discussion of agency issues.
