I’m not sure who you consider the “Worlds second worst neighbor”. Is it the gun owning neighbor or the one who wants to ban his neighbors guns? It seems to me until the sign was put up the gun banner was safer because a prospective burglar wouldn’t be sure what would meet him in either house if he broke in.
