I love this tip from the brainchain Website “an on-demand video training library for real estate agents, managers, trainers and brokers.” The reason is simple; I know it works.
In the following video Rich Sands suggests adding home information to the back of your business card and then giving 25 of them to the seller. It’s a great way for the seller to circulate information about their home to friends, neighbors, relatives and co-workers. Additionally with the seller doing the marketing, instead of the agent, those same people get the agents contact info from a trusted source.
But I’m going to take the idea a step further using AgencyLogic clients Barbara Bodnar and Laura Duggan. Both agents also add the Website address of their listings single property Website to a business card which increases traffic and leads.

Both Barbara and Laura leverage different PowerSite features to highlight their listings including a custom design, a lot of local information and of course great photo’s.

And of course here is the BrainChain video:

Just spotted this post and am so glad to let agents know how valuable my Agency Logic websites are in my marketing plan. By providing one place (the property website) for a buyer to go to get all of the information that they need to make a buying decision, we can sell our listings faster and for more money. In addition to lots of well shot, professionally produced photos of each home, we post the seller disclosure, survey, deed restrictions, HOA documents, school links to public and private schools, plat map, etc. In fact, we even post a contract in the Property Documents section so that if a buyer wants to buy the house, all they have to do is download it, sign and send it to us. The Agency Logic property websites are a fantastic tool and provide a great return on a very small investment.
Great idea. I heard it at a CRS course but didnt pick up on it ! Thanks !
I was ‘ahead’ of my times….I’ve been doing this for YEARS…Guess what else ????
I created the same type of ‘biz card’ idea for previewing new listings. Yes sir, when we preview a NEW listing, we leave a card that says we are only previewing … & if we have any questions about the property we will be in contact with the listing agent. Keeps us ‘in the know’ & ‘our name in FRONT of the sellers’.
Stephen, that’s such an awesome idea with the URL and business cards. I’ll have to try it out
