Stephen M. FellsI’ve spoken about the need for original, engaging and therefore viral marketing before and the following short movie is all of those things.

It might take a few moments to load but it’s worth the wait (make sure you have your speakers on). After watching the movie I have no doubt most of you will create your own version and will forward it to everyone you know. Obviously I can’t stop you from doing that but what you should be doing is asking a question: “How can I create something like this for real estate?”
