How do you deal with ‘friends’ that tag you in a post, a post that you really don’t want others to see? I’ve been a victim of it and untagged the post but always wondered how many people had seen the post/tag beforehand?
This is how to protect yourself:
1. Select ‘Privacy Settings’:
2. Scroll down and look for the ‘Timeline and Tagging section’. Click ‘Edit Settings’:
3. Look at the “Review posts friends tag you in…” section. If it says ‘Off’, click the word ‘Off’:
4. Click the drop down box on the right and select ‘Enabled’.
That’s it! You’ll now get notified when friends tag you and you can approve or deny each tag before anyone else sees it. Your vacation photos and bar activities are safe again
