I don’t work for RE/MAX but this is way too hilarious and true. Some folks have no clue what they are doing on short sales. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve coached listing agents through short sales when representing buyers! My favorite quote “What’s Equator?” LOL. These people should do us all a favor and ask google their first round of questions at least, better yet, send the file to somoene who knows how to handle a short sale.
Too funny…The unfortunate thing is there are sellers out there counting on agents like that one. It can make a huge difference in their future. We all had our first short sale but you have to use your resources. I guess that was his way of using his resources…lol.
