You certainly found a few treasures here Stephen. I have no idea what agents are thinking when they post photos like these on the MLS. Although the agent should have said something, I’m surprised at the sellers too. Most of my clients watch HGTV. Apparently none of these did or they would know better!
I’m truly shocked. I’ve been telling UK estate agents to look to the USA and Australia to see how we should be marketing property over her. I feel oddly let down. Whoever let these guys loose with cameras deserves a punch on the nose. I’m now left with Australia as providing the benchmark.
