Simple But Effective Real Estate Marketing Using Single Property Websites and Postcards

Sometimes it’s the simple things that work. Like mixing single property Websites and postcards as demonstrated here by Houlihan Lawrence real estate agent Dianne Minogue.

We often hear “I only create a single property Website for my higher end listings” and when we previously highlighted Dianne, who was recently acknowledged as a Five Star Real Estate agent by Hudson Valley Magazine, in our post A Real Estate Example of Smart Integrated Marketing you would think that was also her mindset considering the home was being sold for almost $4MM. But it isn’t as demonstrated by this property which is on the market for $175k. It proves you can market all types of property with a single property Website.

Dianne simply adds the single property Website domain name to the postcard:

Dianne states:

“I find the time-tested practice of sending postcards to announce my listings is still very effective. With the volume of information everyone receives via e-mail, I think it’s too easy to hit the delete button. When people get a postcard in the mail there’s no question they see it. By adding the individual property Website address to the postcard it makes it so easy for potential buyers and others to easily access complete information and photos. And how great when your house is on the market and you run into your neighbor at the supermarket to be able to say…”Hey, pass the word…it’s www.123mainstreet.com!”
