NAR Explains the New FHA Condo Financing Rules

NAR analysts discussed the new Federal Housing Administration condo financing rules in this recording of a live webcast that took place on Oct. 28, 2016.

The rules follow the passage in July of a law designed to ease restrictions that have made it difficult for many creditworthy buyers to obtain FHA mortgages for condos, a common entry point to home ownership in the United States.
