Buying Single Property Website Licenses

To activate an AgencyLogic single property Website you need a “License.” Each license covers your PowerSite for a year and includes all costs including the domain name.

Step 1:

Log into your account and you will see the Activity Screen:

Step 2A:

To buy licenses either click on the “Buy More” graphic in the top right of the screen:

This will show you the price for one single property Website and discounted prices for volume purchases:

Step 2B:

Alternatively you can click on “My Account” from the top menu:

From here a pop-up window will appear giving you one-click access to several features including ‘Buy Licences’:

Step 3:

Select the number of licenses you want to buy and click the ‘Next’ button:

Step 4:

Enter your contact and credit card information and click the ‘Next’ button:

Step 5:

You will then see the final “Order Review” screen. Review the information and if it all correct click the “Submit Order” button:

You will see the order confirmation screen and will also receive an email:

Note:

Each charge will appear on your credit card statement as “Property Website”

How To Use The Quick Menu To Save Time Creating Your Single Property Website

The AgencyLogic software platform has been designed to make creating a single property Website as easy as possible. One feature that helps is the “Quick Menu.”

Step 1:

Log into your account and click the PowerSite you want to work on. You can also click “My PowerSites” to see a list of your single property Websites:

Step 2:

Click “Quick Menu” from the top menu:

Step 3:

From here a pop-up window will appear giving you one-click access to all of the most commonly used AgencyLogic features:

How To View Your Single Property Order History and Receipts

There is an easy way to view all of your recent and past orders and receipts (which is particularly helpful when it comes to accounting and taxes).

Step 1:

Log into your account and click the ‘My Account’ link from the top menu:

Step 2:

A drop-down list of links will appear including ‘Receipts’ – click that link:

Step 3:

You will then see a list of receipts. To see the details of any specific receipt click ‘View’:

Step 4:

Having clicked “View” you will see details of the transaction. Click ‘Print View’ to see a printable version of the receipt:

Step 5:

Finally, click the ‘Print’ icon:
