“Getting the site ranked so quickly was easy. I first choose a domain with the key words I wanted…..Malibu Mansion for sale. Then I went
in to the search engine section of the PowerSite and made sure those words were in all three sections….Page Title, Meta Description, and Meta Keywords. Within a few days it was high on the first page of Google!That was so successful that I built another one with the words ‘malibu mansions for sale’ and made it a .net. Now I have two sitting very high on google for terms that people search for!”

Great job using a keyworded domain name rather than 456thisstreet.com. Keep using it after this one sells and in less than a year you will have this domain with free first page placement on yahoo, bing and then later google for the phrase malibu mansions for sale. Just letting your listings fuel it. Then the next high end listing you are TRYING to get you outpace the competition by showing them the rankings and domain and say “if you list with me right now I can have your property on the first page of search engines by tonight.” Very powerful technique.
