Above all, we know how important it is to create eye-catching property Websites that impress your clients and reach the most potential buyers. Enhanced photo tools, print brochures, announcements and HTML posting will help your listings standout from the crowd.
Photo Banner: You can now add bold, user-supplied text over the home page photograph (e.g., Just Listed, Just Reduced, Won’t Last Long, etc.).
To place a banner over your photo:
- Login to your AgencyLogic account
- Select the PowerSite
- Go to Media & Documents
- Go to Photo Display Options – and you’ll see it there.
Remember to SAVE after making any changes!
Print Brochures: Four new, improved PDF flyer options that include photos and text to pick and print directly from the PowerSite.
- Simply click on ‘Print Brochure’ on your PowerSite preview or live site.
Share and Announce: E-mail a published PowerSite preview to a client, prospect or fellow agent.
- To use this feature, go to the Marketing tab and select Email Flyer.
Craigslist Submission: Easy posting direct to craigslist (or any other classified that allows an html posting).
To place an HTML flyer on Craigslist and other sites which accept HTML content:
- Login to your AgencyLogic account
- Select the PowerSite
- Go to the Marketing tab
- Select Lighthouse Marketing
- Click on HTML flyer
- Press the “Highlight HTML” to select the HTML for your flyer.
- Type Control-c (or Apple-c if you are using a Mac ).
You can then paste the HTML flyer into whatever portal you like. What that means is, in the ‘description’ area when you go to Craigslist and are entering your posting, just paste the code in.
If you don’t already use Craigslist, go to craigslist.org, select a state and area to advertise in, and then a category (usually “real estate for sale”). There will be a link to “post” which will walk you through the process.
