Get Satisfaction – A Conversation Platform

Stephen M. FellsAs part of our recent redesign of the AgencyLogic Website we implemented Get Satisfaction, a Web based product that provides a mechanism for us to better connect with our customers. You can see it on the left of your screen; it’s the small “Feedback” graphic:

If you click the link, a window appears that gives visitors to the Website an opportunity to put forward an idea, ask a question, report a problem or tell us how good we are (everyone loves a pat on the back 😉 ):

It’s part of a major overhaul not only of our suite of products but also how we help and respond to questions and is helping us build a community around single property websites and real estate marketing. The question is; can the real estate industry make use of it?
