Launch of www.netearth.com coincides with corporate acquisitions, record growth in the AgencyLogic.com single property PowerSite product, as well as the pending release of new projects.

Wappingers Falls, NY – August 2, 2007 – Network Earth, Inc., an international technology company that specializes in Web-based software development for businesses, today announced the launch of their new corporate Website.

A complete redesign and update of www.netearth.com was released to provide a source of corporate information for customers, consumers, investors and the media about Network Earth and their related products and projects.

Recent record growth of Network Earth’s real estate marketing product, AgencyLogic.com PowerSites, the extension of that product through a private label offering, and the much anticipated release of Salons.com, a social networking platform for the hair and beauty industry, were all reasons for updating corporate communications through their Web presence.

“Back-to-back quarters of record growth for our AgencyLogic PowerSite product and the rollout of Salons.com have been the catalyst for the redesign of our Website,” said Mark Wayman, founder and CIO of Network Earth. “With recent accomplishments, we are able to focus on development, new products and partnerships that promise continued success for us. We wanted to ensure that our Website accurately reflects our culture, capabilities and accomplishments.”

Network Earth, who recently created COYS Group, LLC to allow for expansion of their business through commercial property purchases, expect to see their strongest growth over the third and fourth quarters of this year primarily through continued expansion in foreign markets and increased adoption of their core product lines.

“During our twelve year history, Network Earth has continued to evolve, but we have always been aware that in order to maintain a competitive position we have to remain focused on continued creativity using technologies at the forefront of current business practices. We have traditionally serviced the financial sector, but in order to continue our current growth trend, have increased our focus on developing new products. The new Website better communicates our core competencies and current business focus.” said Stephen M. Fells, founder and CEO of Network Earth.

Network Earth, Inc. Forms COYS Group, LLC to Aid Corporate Expansion

Recent growth and acquisitions spur technology firm to create real estate holding company

Wappingers Falls, NY – July 31, 2007 – Network Earth, Inc., an international technology company that specializes in Web-based software development for businesses, today announced the formation of COYS Group, LLC.

COYS Group, LLC, wholly owned by Network Earth, Inc. was formed to expedite real estate related transactions and the purchase of properties that will serve as office space, call centers and rental properties as the company continues to expand its services, products and client base.

Currently operating out of offices in New York and California, the move will help Network Earth manage rapid growth in several business areas. Increased interest in their single property Website product, AgencyLogic.com PowerSites, and the development of a corresponding private label offering has positioned the company to service a wider variety of clients and corporations through partnerships and competitor acquisition. Additional expansion is taking place with the introduction of new products and an increased focus on international growth.

“The creation of COYS Group, LLC was a necessary step in keeping pace with the growth of our company primarily fueled by record back-to-back quarter performance in several key categories of our AgencyLogic.com PowerSite product and the pending release of Salons.com,” said Stephen Fells, CEO of Network Earth. “Recent acquisitions and other deals in the pipeline will create the need for the purchase of additional real estate to hold a larger support, marketing, sales and customer service team.”

“Initially, we plan on expanding our presence in Upstate New York with the purchase of a building in the Poughkeepsie area. Our plans include converting the building into a hub for technology focused businesses. Local companies in the Hudson Valley area will benefit from the building’s strong technology based service offerings.” Said Mark Wayman, CIO of Network Earth.

The first property to be purchased through COYS Group, LLC is expected to complete in the third quarter 2007 with additional purchases expected in California in 2008.
