Putting (Local) Real Estate information in Context

Stephen M. FellsThere has to be a coach or trainer, somewhere out there in America-land talking to every possible real estate agent and telling them that the only way to provide video commentary is from a car. I don’t get it, it seems a distraction, but I digress. Jim Duncan’s video (despite being from a car) provides some interesting commentary about problems faced by current home buyers.

  1. I know exactly what you mean! I referenced this blog the other day … Jim is a real estate blog pioneer. As I listened to this video I was nervous about the traffic. I don’t think it’s a safe practice to create a narrative video while driving.

Contrast the depth of this commentary vs. the videos containing the oh-my-god-i-met-janie-on-activerain-and-now-we-met-in-person-look-at-me-i’m-social-media-guru-now message from so many people who are new to blogging and social media.

Jim is highly thoughtful and a very generous professional. I met him in the Blogosphere five years ago and we have met in person. We sat on a blogging panel at Inman NYC a couple of years ago … You were there as I recall 😎
