We are pleased to announce a new release of our popular PowerSite single property Website software. While not all the enhancements are feature specific this latest version provides for a better client and end user (home buyer) experience.

A Significant Code Rewrite

Our software has been re-witten to run on the latest Microsoft .NET framework. This will allow us to further extend the product opening up new tools and technology. With Ajax support, information can be updated on the page resulting in quicker response times. The most obvious and immediate benefit is that AgencyLogic software now works on far more browsers including Internet Explorer (IE) 8.0, Google’s Chrome browser and FireFox 3.5.

Enhanced Audio

Our upgraded audio player is now simpler to implement, offers better color options and is compatible with older versions of flash. It’s also now possible to preview each of the sixty music choices prior to publication.

WalkScore Integration

As our most requested feature we are pleased to announce that Walk Score can now be included in any AgencyLogic single property Website, simply check the menu option for your PowerSite and it will appear:

Walk Score helps people find walkable places to live by calculating the ‘walkability’ of an address. It does this by locating nearby stores, restaurants, schools and parks and measures how easy it is to live a car-lite lifestyle, not how pretty the area is for walking.

New Image Library Option

The importance of adding lots of good quality images to market a home is unquestionable and our new ‘Image Library’ option adds to our existing full screen image capability. The image library displays up to twelve images on one page providing a far better visual summary of a property.

PowerSite To Go Enhancements

“PowerSite To Go” allows our clients to download and save a local copy of each single property Website. Creating a “PowerSite To Go” is easy to do and a great way to archive your properties – you can save any activated PowerSite (with an “online” status) to your computer or to a CD.

We have now enhanced the feature so that it includes up to 100 photos which are displayed elegantly via a slide show.

“PowerSite To Go” CDs make great closing gifts for the seller or buyer and are the perfect marketing piece for your next Open House. You can also use the “PowerSite To Go” feature to show your PowerSite properties even where internet is not available.

The creation process takes a few moments and you will receive an email notification when your PowerSite To Go is ready to download.
