My best cat story. Had buyer hated cats and would walk out of any house with any sign of cats. Seller whoes teenage kids did not want to sell. I call seller tell her lady does not like cats I knew her kids had cats but they were outside cats. So I was in Car outside house waiting for buyer and seen client take cats to camp trailer by side of house to make sure thier was no issue just as soon as she was back in house seen teenager take cats back in house just as buyer pulled up and seller left with teen ager I thought. Teen ager snuck back in and as I walked into teenage bedroom with cat hating client the cat jumped off a shelf onto her head. Needless to say client quickly left house and it was all I could do to hang onto her as a buyer. Kids who don’t want to sell and cats are a bad combination. Kaye B. Jones Exit Realty ShowPlace
