Single Property Website Vendors – A Price Comparison

Real estate agents are watching how they spend every marketing dollar more now than ever and with this in mind we’ve compared six leading single property Website subscription services. We think you’ll be interested in seeing the varying costs. The differences, quite simply, are shocking; in some instances vendors charge $1,000 a year more than AgencyLogic making them over 900% more expensive.

Where possible we have looked at full featured products (some vendors restrict feature sets for their lowest price offerings – AgencyLogic doesn’t) and compared the annual cost for 1, 3, 10, 25 and 100 listings.

It hasn’t been easy in part because HomeFinder has different pricing based upon your zip code; we opted to use their lowest price. We did this because for our zip code they charge $45 per listing, per month. This obviously skews the data too much so isn’t detailed in the following charts.

Some other things to consider:

  • You shouldn’t need to pay more per month as you increase the number of properties you are marketing
  • You shouldn’t have to pay more for extra features
  • You shouldn’t have to pay more based upon your zip code
  • Your single property Website provider should provide it’s own Facebook application at no additional cost
  • They should also provide you with an agent Website solution that is free, focuses on social media and markets you and your listings as professionally as possible.
