Where Tweets Are Sent From

Last week Twitter announced it would no longer support new Twitter client apps and will be keeping a closer eye on existing third-party apps.

Why? There are some suggested reasons (it’s wants to own more of the experience and wants to sell ads) but at the heart is that 40% of tweets are sent via non-official apps. The following chart (source: Sysomos) as highlighted on BusinessInsider.com provides the breakdown:

Do You Want A List Of People Looking For a Realtor?

There are leads out there, you just need to know where to find them. One rarely used service is twitter search:

search.twitter.com

It’s easy to use and it’s free. Simply go to the search section of twitter and type in anything you think people would ask to find a Realtor. I ran some searches yesterday morning including “looking for a realtor” and “need a realtor” and found lots of people looking for help.

As you read through these tweets ask yourself this; people are talking online all day, every day and they need real estate help. Can you help?
