Last week I highlighted a great and creative video from Marin County Realtor (and AgencyLogic client) Jason Lewis which, along with his single property Website, is a unique way to market a home. It seems Jason is quite the joker as can be seen in the following video 🙂

When he organizes an open house event, Jason asks Realtors to drop their business card into a box and he later does a draw awarding a gift card to two lucky agents. But a previous drawing resulted in shouts of foul play so Jason made sure he had the law on his side, literally!

As an ex-police officer the video struck a personal cord but I laughed most at Jason’s attempt to pitch a home to the cop even as he was leaving the office. You have to love persistence 🙂
