ChatGPT Leads an Already Crowded Market

Elon Musk unveiled a work-in-progress AI chatbot named Grok on the weekend. Developed by the X (formerly Twitter) CEO’s new AI company xAI, the ChatGPT competitor will apparently have real-time access to user posts on the social media platform and will eventually be rolled out as a service for X Premium+ subscribers.

As data from Statista Market Insights shows, Grok, a name inspired by the science fiction comedy ‘A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy’, will be entering an already crowded market. ChatGPT is the current leader in terms of estimated user numbers, and has already been able to develop significantly in what is a very fast moving area.In a blog post, xAI claimed that the current version of the AI, Grok-1, has surpassed GPT-3.5 – the version used in the free version of ChatGPT – on a number of benchmarks but admitted it was still behind the more advanced GPT-4. This progress, according to xAI, “showcases the rapid progress we are making in training large language models with exceptional efficiency.”

ChatGPT took seconds to provide this answer. We have to say, that’s a pretty accurate and impressive reply. Just wow!

Which leads to a question about questions. Just what else can we ask it? What questions can real estate agents ask. How about:

“Why should home owners use <BRAND> to sell their home?”
