The Website provides details about a Weston, CT 5 bedroom/5 bathroom French country home. The first thing to note is the amazing video Ryan has added which provides a comprehensive and complete view of this beautiful home:

Ryan has added several other standard features to provide as much information about the home as possible including:

• area school, census and amenities information
• a photo tour that allows multiple high-res images to be shown full screen
• a separate image library
• and a printable brochure with QR code

But the main thing we want to highlight is his implementation of Zopim, a live chat program that gives visitors to his single property Website an opportunity to talk directly with Ryan:

Ryan has achieved this with a simple cut and paste of the Zopim code into the video source field of the ‘Add a Video’ screen:

The chat service works whenever he is on and offline. But don’tr worry about middle of the night message – if he is offline he receives details of any message via email which allows him to follow up when convenient. With so many homes on the market Ryan is clearly taking an extra step to make sure this property stands out.
