Unless you were living under a rock you have noticed the explosion of teams in real estate over the last few years.
In the US there are approximately 35,000 – 50,000 teams and in three years that number could skyrocket to 100,000!
FACT: A functioning team will always out serve and out produce an individual.
But not all teams are created equal!
And unfortunately we are seeing some some good and bad practices when putting together a team.
