Cold calling works, but is it the best way to do lead generation?

- You’re talking to the WRONG AUDIENCE. 95% of the time, you’re talking to people who are not actively interested in buying or selling a house. They’re an audience that doesn’t trust you, nor want to talk to you. You may be offering the right service…but at the wrong time.
- It’s the WRONG APPROACH for 2021. Trying to convince somebody before you’ve connected with them is very difficult today, when people are more distrustful and skeptical. Offering a service with no established credibility or trust is hard.
- It creates the WRONG OUTCOME. The negative experience of constant rejection from cold calling leaves you jaded and not wanting to talk to anyone at all.
